Solutions

Solutions need Problems! Before you can produce a solution you firstly have to know you have a problem. Consider the following statements:

  • We give our customers good service
  • We sell the products or services they need
  • Our products or services are superior to our competitors
  • Our staff are happy, well motivated and working efficiently
  • Our suppliers are giving us the best possible service
  • Our advertising and promotional expenditure gets best results
  • Our corporate culture couldn't be better
  • Our conferences and exhibitions are always a great success
  • Our website is really working well for us

If you found yourself agreeing with these statements as you read them, think again. Were you saying 'yes' because you believe them to be true, or because you know them to be true?

If you know them to be true, then you must be conducting surveys - for there is no other way to find out what people are thinking, except by asking them!

If you believe them to be true, then you should test your beliefs against what your customers, people, suppliers, etc. think. It's their perceptions that will determine how well your business performs, not yours!

In either case, let us demonstrate surveySwift to you - you can only benefit!
